Dried cranberries and orange peel round out the cup with a festive, citrus-forward finish that feels both nostalgic and vibrant.
This coffee comes from the Huila region of Colombia and is comprised of carefully selected harvests from 32 smallholder families who intercrop their coffee trees among grapefruit, kiwi, and native flowers. After a 36-hour cherry fermentation, the coffee is depulped and fermented again for 60 hours in concrete tanks, then sun-dried with frequent turning to ensure even airflow and consistency. The result is a refined, well-balanced cup that’s perfect for slow winter mornings and holiday gatherings alike.
