Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ohio Roasting Company! We roast our coffee fresh to order and take pride in getting it to you as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates

We offer a flat rate of $10.00 on all domestic (United States) orders. 

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days via standard shipping. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

In-Store Pickup

Local pickup is available at our cafe located at 4870 Frank Ave NW, North Canton, Ohio 44720. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
