Coffee from the region of Ayarza is renowned for its high quality and distinctive flavor. Ayarza is a volcanic lake in Guatemala, surrounded by mountains and forests that provide ideal conditions for coffee cultivation. The coffee beans are grown at high altitudes, between 1500 and 2000 meters, and are hand-picked and processed by small farmers who have inherited the tradition of coffee production from their ancestors. The coffee from Ayarza has a balanced acidity, a rich body, and a complex aroma with notes of chocolate, caramel, and citrus.
